Studio Policies

At EdgeBrows, your comfort, safety, and satisfaction are our top priorities. To ensure the best experience and protect both you and our artists, we kindly ask that you review and respect the following policies before booking any service.


🗓️ Appointments & Booking
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied to your total balance on the day of service. Please arrive on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled and your deposit forfeited. No guests or children are allowed in the treatment area due to safety and sanitation protocols.

❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require a new booking fee for future appointments. If you cancel more than twice, we reserve the right to decline future appointments.

⚠️ Medical Disclosure
Clients must fully disclose all medical conditions, medications, and allergies prior to treatment. If you are experiencing symptoms of dry eyes, cold sores, or skin irritation, please inform us in advance. These may require rescheduling or medical clearance. Failure to disclose health conditions that affect healing may result in unsatisfactory results, and EdgeBrows will not be held liable.

💳 Refund Policy
All services are final. No refunds. Because every service is customized, results vary based on individual skin type, healing process, and lifestyle. Touch-up appointments may be required for optimal results and are not included unless specified. Any refund given is considered a one-time goodwill gesture and does not imply responsibility or liability.

💉 Procedure Risk Acknowledgement
By booking with us, you acknowledge: You may experience temporary swelling, redness, bruising, or sensitivity. Pigment retention varies and multiple sessions may be necessary. Use of products like lash serums, retinoids, or exfoliants can negatively impact results. Excessive bleeding during the procedure (especially if caused by medications, caffeine, alcohol, or lash serums) may result in the technician pausing or stopping the service.

Sanitation & Safety
We follow strict sanitation protocols and only use disposable, single-use needles and tools for every client. Our studio is licensed, insured, and compliant with California Department of Public Health regulations.

🚫 Right to Refuse Service

For the safety and comfort of all clients and staff, EdgeBrows reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if: A client is disrespectful, aggressive, or inappropriate The client has not followed pre-care instructions There is a medical or skin condition that makes the procedure unsafe The client shows signs of poor hygiene or infection Unrealistic expectations or prior disputes affect trust or professionalism Thank you for understanding — we’re here to provide safe, respectful, and high-quality care for everyone.
